The TOSA 1 year membership benefits include eligibility and voting rights for the TOSA Board of Directors, automatic inclusion in the annual TOSA Decathlon if desired, email notifications of TOSA and Troop 1 events, and an opportunity to continue or return to your Scouting career in an advisory capacity. The 1 year membership will expire at the end of 2014.
